HOW TO ENTER: No purchase/ transaction necessary: Candidates may enter the Sweepstakes by two methods:

1) by completing one (1) qualifying money transfer and submitting a recorded video testimonial stating, “Why you love uLink”. The video testimonial submission is to be sent via Direct Message to the uLink Instagram or Facebook pages along with your qualifying money transfer placed during the promotion period.

2) any eligible individual can send in a “No Purchase Necessary” mail-in entry to 4516 Seton Center Parkway, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78759 Attn: “uLink Marketing Department – Mother’s Day Sweepstakes Entry” with a note expressing their interest in participating in the giveaway. The letter must include the entrant’s full name, email address, physical mailing address, phone number, and a photocopy of a U.S. government issued ID showing the name, and DOB. Note that Attn: “uLink Marketing Department” MUST be clearly mentioned on the envelope itself. Failure to mention and failure to provide a proof of ID may result in a void entry. Please do not submit any original copies for proof of identification. UniTeller may not be held responsible if an original document is submitted to enter the sweepstakes.

By participating in this promotion and upon submission of your video testimonial, you grant and authorize uLink the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken to be used in and/or for promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, emailers, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, social media stories, and any other print and digital communications, without any additional compensation. You also agree to allow uLink to tag your social media profile on Facebook and Instagram in order to portray authentic content generated by its customers. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely.  You hereby hold harmless, and release from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) on May 1, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on May 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  The sponsor’s servers and clock shall serve as the official clock for the giveaway and participants’ proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by the Sponsor.

Entries received without all of the information requested above will be void. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. All materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Upon entering, the entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees are not liable for lost, late, stolen, illegible, delayed, garbled, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, or damaged transactions, or for garbled or delayed computer transmissions even if the foregoing limits an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes in any way or to win. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees are not responsible for any problems or for the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant, his/her computer, hardware, or other property relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes.

PRIVACY: The personal information you submit when you enter the Sweepstakes is collected by the Sponsor and will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.  By participating in this promotion, you agree to allow the Sponsor to use your personal information, which may include, identification, such as name, address, and transaction information to directly promote its services to you.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND LIMITATIONS: There will be a total of ten (10) prizes offered in the form of a gift card link to major retailers sent via a third-party vendor Tango Card Inc. Total Retail Value (“RV”) of all the reimbursements offered in this Sweepstakes is: no more than $3,150 USD. Winning mail in entries will receive no more than a $50 gift card link that can be redeemed at major retailers.

Only applicable for transfers that are in the paid status. The raffle promotion is not open for bill payments, phone reloads, or any other service types offered besides remittances. Transactions that are cancelled, void, pending cancellation, or pending payment on the drawing date do not qualify to be entered in the promotion.

The prizes shall not be subject to any dispute or claim whatsoever and they shall not be transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. There is a limit of one prize per person, family, or household. No substitution or transfer of any prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including without limitation, federal, State, and/or local taxes associated with the prize and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients.  All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible entries are received for the Sweepstakes period, as outlined in the schedule below (“Drawing Schedule”).

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for the purposes of online or offline advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The gift card expires in 90 days after the date of issue and is subject to applicable law. You may not (and you are not eligible to) participate in the Promotion if you are an employee of uLink or an affiliate or any other licensed remittance company or where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations or all information collected from you as part of the Promotion shall be subject to uLink’s Privacy Policy, found at https://ulink.com.

The offer may not be used for any commercial purpose, as determined by uLink in its sole discretion. uLink expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with or arising from your use of the gift card. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion Agreement is the responsibility of uLink.

DRAWINGS AND ODDS OF WINNING: There will a total of ten (10) random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period, as outlined in the “Drawing Schedule” below.  The ten (10) sweepstakes random drawings will be held on or about the Drawing Dates, as noted in the “Drawing Schedule”, and conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received per Sweepstakes period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The potential winners will be notified via e-mail between 9AM and 5PM EST on/about the notification dates noted on the “Drawing Schedule” above. Email notifications will be sent to the sender’s registered email with uLink.

Prizes will be in the form of a gift card link issued to the sender’s registered email with uLink. Under no circumstances will the gift card be issued to an email address that is different from the one registered with uLink. The sender will receive a written confirmation via email notifying him/her of their winnings.

For mail in entrants, the winnings will be in the form of a gift card link, not exceeding $50 USD, issued to the entrant’s email address provided. Under no circumstances will the gift card be issued to an email address that is different from the one provided at the time of entering the sweepstakes. The winner will receive a written confirmation via email notifying him/her of their winnings.

GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents, having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), who are 18 years of age or older as of May 31, 2023. Employees of the Sponsor, its Agents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers of the Sponsor and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. If the winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize(s) will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to hold the Sponsor, its agents, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective Directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize. In any event, the total damages from any claim brought against the Sponsor is limited to the dollar amount of any prize due to the winner. The “winner” assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of New Jersey.

NOTICE TO ENTRANTS:

uLink reserves the right to void any offer redemption that appears to be fraudulent, and to void any offer redemption resulting from a fraudulent uLink transaction or any transaction that is not compliant with the uLink User Agreement, found at https://ulink.com. uLink will not replace any lost, damaged, or expired gift cards.

uLink reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add, modify, or terminate any and/or all the terms of the Promotion Agreement or to replace, wholly or in part, the Promotion with another offer with no liability to uLink.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ULINK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ULINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ULINK USER AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE SECTIONS ON LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW ARE EXPRESSLY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ULINK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE REWARDS LINK. MOREOVER, TANGO CARD, AND NOR ULINK, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AND MAINTAINING THEIR CARD PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THAT PROGRAM’S COMPLIANCE WITH APPROPRIATE FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor and its Agents are not responsible for any (i) incorrect announcements of any kind, (ii) technical hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer/hardware as a result of participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, (iii) lost or unavailable network connections, or (iv) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive email messages. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for Entries not received due to lost, failed delayed, or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or due to other electronic malfunctions, delays, or errors of any kind in the transmission or receipt of Entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any human or technological error that may occur in the processing of Entries in this Sweepstakes. Any other attempted form of entry not specified herein is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, entry will be declared made by the person assigned to the email address from the selected entry. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated, a notice will be posted, and all eligible entries received prior to termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes. All entries become the property of the Sweepstakes Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

The Official Rules of this promotion will remain posted on www.ulink.com for 30 days after end of the promotion.
