You will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your digital gift card. Remember, you are eligible to receive the gift card only if your first transfer with uLink is over $100 and once it is successfully paid.
What if I don’t receive my gift card?
No problem! You can contact our Customer Service Team through email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-800-456-3492 and they will be able to help you.
Can I invite friends to uLink?
Sure! You can invite friends and you will receive a $20 digital gift card for every friend that registers and sends $100 or more as their first transfer with uLink. It is important that they sign up using the unique link or pay for their transfer using your referral code. Note that your friend must successfully place their first transfer for a minimum of $100 or more in order for you to qualify for the gift card.
How can I share uLink with my friends?
Login and click “refer a friend”. Choose between different sharing options such as email, text message, or social media. Enter the contact(s) that would like to invite and click send. A message with your unique link and referral code will be sent to your friends. You can also share your referral code with your friends. Simply have them enter it in the “promo/referral code” field at the time of paying for their transfer.
